Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping under $100 (5–7 business days) — rates calculated at checkout
- Standard Shipping $100 and Over (5–7 business days) — Free
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — rates calculated at checkout
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at cottonm3online@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right.
